IMALUM is an integrated company, whose core business is Aluminium, a material that has revolutionized the world and acquired its letters of nobility in the industry (aeronautics, electricity, transport, etc.), as well as in architecture where it enables to explore a lot of creation field and represent an inexhaustible source of inspiration.
Established on an area of 57,000 m², of which 27,000 m² are covered, IMALUM is equipped with the latest technology, allowing it to meet the requirements of its customers in terms of quality, services, and flexibility. These include 2 presses of 2,200 tons and 1,600 tons power with an annual production capacity of 16,000 tons, an 20,000 tons capacity powder coating lines two horizontal and one vertical line, and a 6,000 ton anodizing line annually, as well as a thermal break and a machining center.
Concerned about the quality of the products and services it offers its customers, IMALUM integrates the quality approach at all levels of its process. It uses, thus, billets of first fusion Alloy of the AFNOR standardized «Al Mg Si» family guaranteeing the absence of impurities. The transformation of these billets by passing through an extrusion press allows to produce different shapes of aluminium profiles at different stages of finishing (mill finish, anodized or powder-coated) meeting all conventional quality standards for extrusion and surface treatment.
